With the packed gyms for the New Year everyone is trying to live right, eat healthy. As a person who dropped a few pant sizes last year and managed to keep it off, I can tell you it’s not easy but it feels good when you get there and stay there. However then today I can across news that may discourage people to lose weight.
Apparently the people who live the longest aren’t the skinniest. It’s not saying the being obese is the way to go, that’ll make you go quicker than skinny people, however it may be okay to actually have a few extra pounds on you. Check out the article.
