RIP Alvin Lee

Legendary guitarist and singer for Ten Years After, Alvin Lee passed away today at the age of  68. According to Alvin’s official website“With great sadness we have to announce that Alvin unexpectedly passed away early this morning after unforseen complications following a routine surgical procedure.

“We have lost a wonderful and much loved father and companion, the world has lost a truly great and gifted musician.”

Ten Year’s After played Woodstock, which featured their performance of I’m Going Home (shown below) and a few years later the band scored a monster hit with I’d Love to Change the World. Check out some great performances that feature Alvin.
