Remembering Paul Bearer

Who knew that his time spent working in funeral homes would help William Moody create one of the most entertaining Wrestling Managers in the history of the business.

William, known to longtime wrestling fans as Paul Bearer or even Percy Pringle if you go back to his days in World Class Championship Wrestling, spent many years in the WWE as a manager of the Undertaker, Kane and a few others.

I remember in 1993, when I attended Summerslam in Michigan and watching his return during the Undertaker/Giant Gonzalez match and seeing his quirky character up close was quite the treat.

Here’s the nice tribute that the WWE put together for him.
