Internationally renowned chef, author, and television host of the Emmy award-winning No Reservations and The Layover, Anthony Bourdain will embark on his Guts & Glory  tour this Spring and share new, uncensored material and stories!

Bourdain is the chef-at-large at New York’s famed Brasserie Les Halles and author of bestselling titlesKitchen Confidential and Medium Raw – both hilariously blunt and sometimes shocking portraits of life in restaurant kitchens. His latest project, Get Jiro!, a culinary-themed graphic novel, quickly reached the #1 spot on The New York Times bestseller list after its Summer 2012 release. Bourdain’s brand new series, Parts Unknown, will debut on CNN in Spring 2013, expanding the network’s coverage of travel, culture, and cuisine.

For one night only, Bourdain will spend the evening sharing candid, often hysterical insights about his life’s work and travels, including an open question and answer session with the audience.
