Our families hero is my husband, Anthony. He is an Explosive Ordinance Disposal Technician for the US Navy. He absolutely loves his job and gives it 100% while giving me and our three young children ages 3 months, 2 and 4 100% at home. He works all day and comes home ready to play his dad and husband role. He even does the laundry and dishes when he is home! Our 4 year old daughter thinks he is so awesome she wants to be an EOD tech when she grows up.
He joined the Navy to make a difference in himself and decided to go EOD to make a difference for our country. I greatly admire him for the sacrifices he makes and passion he has for his job to serve our country. He doesn’t think he is anything special or deserves any recognition, he would blush just reading this. I don’t think I tell him often enough how awesome and appreciated he is so this would be an awesome way to do so.
