1984 – Billy Squier makes his only appearance as a musical guest on “Saturday Night Live”.
1991 – Let’s get this guy a calendar. Alice in Chains guitarist Jerry Cantrell thinks there are 31 days in November so he continues his hunting trip. This mistake causes his band to miss their next show which was opening for Van Halen. Jerry would later receive a calendar from Columbia records as a Christmas gift.
1993 – Pink Floyd holds a press conference to announce their 1994 world tour. Although they never promoted it as such, this would be the band’s final tour.
