1967 – The Who and The Jimi Hendrix Experience performed at London’s Saville Theatre. Brian May who later to become a member of Queen was in the audience.
1968 – after The Doors concert in Vegas. Jim Morrison pretends to smoke a joint to taunt a security guard and ends up in a fight. Morrison is arrested for vagrancy, public drunkenness, and failure to possess sufficient identification.
1983 – Stevie Nicks marries Kim Anderson at her Los Angeles home. The couple would divorce the next year.
1989 – Billy Joel sings the National Anthem at Super Bowl 23.
2006 – Bryan Adams made history when he was the first Western artist to perform in Karachi, Pakistan, where he appeared at the benefit concert and raised money for underprivileged children and for victims of the 2005 Pakistan earthquake.
