1969 – The Small Faces play their final concert and break up when lead singer Steve Marriott leaves the band to form Humble Pie. The remaining members change their name to The Faces and add lead singer Rod Stewart and guitarist Ron Wood to their lineup.
1973 – Paul McCartney was fined after he pled guilty to charges of growing marijuana at his farm in Scotland. McCartney claimed he received the seeds from some fans & he didn’t know what kind of plants would grow.
1974 – Bad Company performed their first concert in the U.K.
1987 – Bob Seger wrapped a tour claiming that it would be his last. He would return to the road 9 years later.
1993 – Beavis and Butthead make their television debut on MTV.
