1970 – The movie “Ned Kelly”, which featured Mick Jagger in the lead role, is released and the critics trash the movie as. One reviewer wrote: “He looks about as lethal as last week’s lettuce.” The movie tanked at the box office.

1977 – Lynyrd Skynyrd play their last show In Greenville, South Carolina, before their ill-fated plane crash.
