2002 – Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band were musical guests on Saturday Night Live.
2003 – Ted Nugent’s reality show “Surviving Nugent” premiers on VH1. The show took city dwellers to Nugent’s Michigan ranch to survive “backwoods”. Some of the activities included building an outhouse and skinning a boar.
