1973 – The Allman Brothers Band top the album charts for the only time as “Brothers and Sisters” hits number 1.
1976 – Talk about Rock star treatment! Peter Frampton spends the day at the White House as a guest of President Gerald Ford’s son Stephen. Frampton receives a white house tour and spends some time in the living quarters to watch TV with the Ford family.
1994 – At the MTV Video Music Awards, Aerosmith wins Video of the Year for “Cryin’” . The video was the first of three Aerosmith videos to feature actress Alicia Silverstone.
2003 – David Bowie performed the first ever interactive concert when his performance was screened into 21 cinemas around the world. He also took song requests & questions during the performance.
