Alberto is my son-in-law, and has been in the Navy since 1989. He is a submariner currently stationed in Norfolk. His dedication to his job and his family is unwavering. He was on the submarine Montpelier when it was hit by a surface ship, and thankfully survived unscathed. His family is beyond proud of the amazing man and father that he has become, and he is beyond deserving of this recognition. Our country is fortunate to have his devotion and service.
