Henry Langford, US Coast Guard

Henry was nominated by Brandon Langford:

My father served in the United States Coast Guard for 30 years. Before that we was in the Army for two years and after breaking a leg on his first jump in jump school he decided that branch didn’t really agree with him. He is a loving husband and father of four. He made a point of being there when he was home from deployment over the years. He’s traveled across the Caribbean and has even been to Europe on deployment. After the Deepwater Horizon oil spill he was sent to Louisiana to help with the procurement of assets that assisted in the clean up effort. He is the hardest working person I know and never knows when to relax even in retirement. He always has a project going on from home improvements to brewing his own beer. Anyone who has ever met him has told me that he is one of the most kind hearted people they have ever met, he constantly puts others before himself. . Henry is now retired living in Pensacola Flordia with his family. He loves the beach, smoking meat, cigars, and drinking craft beer.
