Jessica Horine, USCG

Jessica was nominated by Anthony Horine:

She is a mother of two married to a active duty Coast Guard member who deploys 8 months of the year. She has our daughter enrolled in Girl Scouts and our son in wrestling also takes care of a dog and maintains the house and every other bit of the daily chores of feeding washing cleaning any little thing that has to be done throughout the week by herself. Even though I deploy 8 months out of the year my job is easier than hers she makes the ultimate sacrifice and deals with so much more than I can imagine on her own. The military in the media often overshadow active-duty women married to active duty, in my opinion this is the toughest Life to Live. So I write this because the lady I call my wife who takes care of our children prepares our meals cleans our clothes maintains the house is also the hero that people say an active duty member is she does both roles flawlessly day after day and asks for nothing in return.
