He was in charge of the flight decks of three carriers that retired. He was a Leading Petty Officer before he became Chief. Joseph was in charge of many sailors on many deployments away from his family. He was extremely dedicated to his job and each and every one of his sailors. His commitment and dedication was unbelievable. He loves his Country and is very proud to be an American serving in the US Navy!
