As the Veterans Program Manager for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Keith oversees initiatives that support over 750 veteran employees and manages programs like SkillBridge, which helps transitioning service members gain critical civilian workforce skills. His efforts have contributed significantly to CISA’s veteran workforce, which comprises 40% of its employees—far exceeding federal averages. Keith’s advocacy for military spouses and transitioning service members ensures they have access to meaningful employment opportunities and resources.
Keith is also a co-host of the Vet S.O.S. Podcast, a platform dedicated to connecting veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses with vital resources and mentorship. Through his “Band Aid Ripper” mentorship style, he delivers honest and actionable advice to help veterans navigate the challenges of civilian life with resilience and determination.
