Chief Personnel Specialist Lesley O’Brien is my amazing wife and hero. She is a wonderful mother and stepmother to our children and a perfect best friend to me. She is currently serving us onboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71), where she is the Administration Department Leading Chief Petty Officer for VFA-31 at NAS Oceana. Like much of the crew, she is under quarantine while supporting efforts to meet mission requirements and get the ship fully recovered. She is just one of thousands onboard who deserve this honor, but I am certain that MY hero is worthy of such recognition. Thank you for your time and consideration for this loving wife, mother and Sailor.
