Senior Master Sergeant Favours is without a doubt the most selfless person I know. He has been a huge support to his Airmen thought out the years. It will be a sad day in the Air Force when he retires. I have never met a man that is more inspiring the this one. He definitely deserves this reward and much much more. I personally thank him for the among of support he has shown to my family and for going above and beyond. There will never be anything I will be able to do to show the among of gratitude i feel for him.
