I wanted to nominate may dad because he never gave up on anything and believes in his family and country. He worked his way from the E1 to become an amazing LDO. He retired only because of his wife's and daughter's declining heath, sacrificing his career for his family. He still works as the Norfolk Naval Bases' Training Officer and continues to serve his country as a government worker.
