Phil is a father of 5 and his wife has a health issue that keeps him working at home during this pandemic,Phil also home schools his kids and his wife does all the hard work with phil standing by her .Phil was prior Army and saw combat in Iraq and lost fellow soldiers,after he got out he still wanted to serve america but in a life saving role,thus he flies in a HH65 helo used for search and rescue and as a prior coastie myself i commend /recommend Phil for his dedication and selfless work for this great nation.
