Lt. R. Wison is an exemplary officer. Holding to the highest standards of the Navy and an Annapolis graduate. He is community minded and volunteers as a pilot with the Civil Air Patrol and as an Auxillary Deputy with the Va. Beach Sheriff’s Office. As a family man of 2 little girls, he personifies the true attributes of a husband and father. I have great respect of him and his accomplishments.
