My nominee is my boyfriend, best friend, Robert Justin Lloyd. Justin is a native of Virginia Beach & is a over dedicated sailor serving our country for 18 years through eight deployments. Currently Justin is the Safety Officer at his command and has been nominated for the Sailor of the Year. Actually Justin’s the smartest person I have met & is the backbone of support to many of his friends & family. His caring & selflessness is beyond anything imaginable which makes its an honor to have him by my side as well.
