Christinia Otte nominated Stephen, she writes “16 Years in the Air Force and plenty more to , he goes above and beyond to make sure our country is safe. He has gone to two tours in two years including Africa and Afghanistan. This has never stopped him from being the worlds best partner and dad. Every day he surprises me a little more with how much he manages to do. Taking new roles, training, traveling, and still managing to cook dinner and do the laundry when hes home. I just want to show him how much our family notices he does.”
