Chief William Noddin was nominated by Julie Noddin, who has the following to say about him: “Bill is a great guy. He is always supporting his job, is a great mentor and even volunteers with the Seacadets in his spare time. He is always giving to others and would be a great person to get some recognition back for all he does.”
