Musician 1st Class William Ledbetter, from Hampton, Virginia, and Musician 1st Class Danlie Cuenca, from Norfolk, Virginia, perform with the United States Navy Band during a holiday concert at DAR Constitution Hall in Washington.
He went on to earn his Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and Professional Engineering License in Civil Engineering in the state of Oregon.
After graduation, he worked as a construction manager at JEB-LC Naval Amphibious Base in Virginia Beach, Va. Ray later became the project management and engineering branch head at Naval Support Activity Bahrain before joining the NAVFAC Washington team in October 2021 where he oversees $35 million in design development at Public Works Department Bethesda. He will manage $100 million in construction over the next three years.

Truman is the flagship of the Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group and is currently in port onboard Naval Station Norfolk.
The Commodores performed seventeen concerts across five states during their 22-day tour connecting communities across the nation to their Navy.
Mass Communication Specialist 1st Class Don White, from Norfolk, Virginia, attached to the hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20) Comfort is deployed to U.S. 4th Fleet in support of Continuing Promise 2022, a humanitarian assistance and goodwill mission conducting direct medical care, expeditionary veterinary care, and subject matter expert exchanges with five partner nations in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
