Not to long ago the NHL banned Octopus from being thrown on the ice (a Detroit tradition), a new rule has taken out more funn in the NHL. Today the NHL announced that the Green Men who hang around the penality box in Vancouver to annoy the visiting teams can no longer touch the glass and no more hand stands.
