Arthur is only 10 months old but has had more then his share of medical issues. He was born with a severely deformed chest with his heart being on the left side of his chest. He has had 2 major surgeries so far in his short life with possibly more. BUT he does not let his troubles one bit. He truly does live his life to the fullest!
