1984: Steven Van Zandt announced he was leaving Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band he came back to the band in 1999.
1990: Motley Crue’s Tommy Lee suffered a concussion after falling from his elevated drum kit in New Haven, Connecticut.
1992: George Harrison performs his first full live solo concert since 1969, appearing at a benefit in London.
