1969– The Rolling Stones announced that Mick Taylor would be replacing Brian Jones on guitar.
1972– Columbia Records signs Bruce Springsteen. Springsteen then started to assemble his E Street Band.
1977– The Rolling Stones releases “Some Girls“, their first studio album recorded with Ronnie Wood as a full member. The album contains many classics including, “Shattered, Beast of Burden and Miss You“.
1986– Genesis releases the great “Invisible Touch”, and the title track gives the band their first and only number 1 hit!
2017– Gene Simmons of Kiss files a trademark application for the devil horns hand gesture, which he claims he invented in 1974. His attempt failed… thank goodness.
