My husband is currently a Chief and he is on shore duty working with ATG. He recently came home in April after being away from home for over a year. He was deployed with the Roosevelt and then had to stay in San Diego until he was eligible for shore duty. He is an amazing husband, father and sailor. I am proud of him everyday. His 6 year old son is also very proud of him. When Cody was gone, his son would tell people that his dad is off fighting bad guys. I have never met someone so selfless before and I am lucky to be married to my hero.
