Scott was nominated by Amanda Parsons:
I think Scott Parsons should be chosen as military hero of the week because he has gone above and beyond to be the best new father and sailor he can be. He tries to do everything he can for his beautiful daughter while also doing the best job he can in the U.S.Navy. In his new daughters short life he has spent as much time as a sailor can with her. I think he deserves to earn the honor of military hero of the week for everything he does.
