Military Hero

Military Hero
Jake is a nuclear mechanic in the Navy and an amazing man. He always puts others before himself and his loyalty to his friends and family is rarely seen. Between boot camp and his schooling he hasn't had a proper family Christmas in over 3 years. As a boyfriend he is respectful, thoughtful, and incredibly loving. The last two weeks, in light of finding out he needed surgery, he has been feeling down. Not being able to work, exercise, or just in general do the things he usually does has been especially tough on him; not seeing his family in so long has not made it any better. I wanted to nominate him for hero of the week to encourage him, show him what he does for his country, family, and friends does not go unnoticed or unappreciated, and no matter the adversity he faces, he was always be supported and loved. Please choose him for hero of the week! He is definitely mine. Thank you for your consideration.
