Military Hero

Gregory was nominated by his wife Amy: I would like to nominate my amazing husband HT2 Gregory Puga Jr! He has been in the US Navy for 5 years. He is currently deployed. He's been deployed twice and has been on multiple underways. He is such a hard worker. He's the first one in and the last one out. He doesn't leave until the job is done. He is always helping his shipmates in anyway he possibly can. Through the hardest work days he always comes home with a smile. He has given me the best gift a girl can ask for.. our 9 month old son Zachary. He loves on us and always finds way to help around the house. He is the best husband and father. He was gone for most of my pregnancy on underways and left for deployment when our son was a month old. Our son was prenatally diagnosed with a heart defect and he has gone above and beyond to make sure he is there for us and that we are both taken care of. Through our sons 2 open heart surgeries he's been our strength, our support, our everything. I couldn't ask for a better role model for our son. Through all the ups and the downs... all the obstacles life throws our way... I know i can always count on him and our love to get us through it all. We are so blessed to have him and call him ours. I couldn't be more proud of the man he is. He's the man who we admire and call our Hero. Thank you for all you do, Gregory. We love you to pieces and can't wait for you to come home!
