My son, SRA Ryan Patnode and his wife SRA Jain Patnode both recently returned from deployment in Afghanistan . The pride they have in their dedication and commitment to their service, is beyond anything words could describe. They are the perfect example of what heroes are all about. They do their duty with no fanfare no parades and absolutely no media attention yet they never complain. They just do their job and do it well.
