Military Hero

Matthew was nominated by his wife, Monica : My husband not only is the greatest dad and husband, but is one of the most hardworking men I've ever met. We've been married for over two years but have spent much of our relationship apart due to deployments and trainings. We've had a rough road throughout our relationship but our love for each other is what keeps us going. We have four kids, and two of those are twin boys who were born prematurely. As a result, one of our twins has several health issues and is autistic. I'm unable to work because of the amount of doctor appointments my children have, and my husband has been nothing but supportive. He goes to work every day to provide for his family. He takes time off to attend the kids' therapy and doctor appointments and tries to be there for his family in any way he can. He'll be leaving next month for almost a year and a half and because he's done and sacrificed so much for his family, I wanted to show my appreciation to him.
