“Bridget initially enlisted in the Army as a chaplain’s assistant, continued her career in the air national guard while obtaining her doctorate, then transferred back to Active Duty so that she would be able to treat soldiers. She has remained in the military even after having a life threatening stroke and multiple surgeries after the stroke. She is dedicated to serving her country and the other Airmen that she serves with.”

While he tad for a year he motivated several other sailors to get qualifications outside of their assigned job, by helping others get qualified he greatly increased mission readiness. Also while being tad he assisted countless sailors with processing back into the civilian world.”

“PO1 Dewhirst proudly served 20 years in the United States Navy. He completed two deployments on the USS Enterprise and was stationed at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. During his second half of his career, he became a career counselor for junior sailors and helped guide many when choosing their path. Will retired in 2022, but still remains in contact with his sailors and always makes himself available when they need advise.”
