Military Hero
Chief Warrant Officer Four Theodore McGuire was nominated by his wife Michelle, who had the following to say about him: "Ted is currently serving in the US Army, with 28 years in so far. He is an amazing husband, the greatest Dad to our three kids, and one of the best people I know, to all he comes in contact with here at home and when has had his many deployments. He is passionate about making a positive impact in the Army itself, each soldier he comes in contact with, as well as life in general. He has been a mentor to many young soldiers as well as our own family. We have two sons that are currently serving in the Army due to the example he has been and the patriotism he has taught, dedicated his life to, and has expressed. Ted is truly my military hero!"

Senior Chief Lamp is one of the hardest working leaders that our command has. He brings old school methods and work ethic and combines them to modern day technology advances.

“Todd proudly served our great nation for 23 years in the United States Navy. Originally from North Carolina the majority of time was served in the Tidewater area. He is a great leader, awesome husband, and father of two. He is most deserving of this award.”
“My dad did 22 years in the Navy, he served part of his time in the Vietnam War and trained to become a diver and was a PADI open water instructor and Master Diver before he retired. He is a hard worker and I don’t know how I would of turned out without him in my life.”
