Scotch is 6 years old and loves to run and jump into the waves on the beach. When he’s not at the beach, he enjoys playing with his ball or frisbee and taking naps. Scotch has lived in Ohio, California, and now Virginia. Everywhere he goes he loves making new friends and makes sure to give lots of kisses.
